MV Umoja Rehabilitation

Project Overview

MV Umoja required extensive life-extension works to bring the vessel into compliance with current SOLAS and national maritime authority requirements. DMG conducted a full structural survey, designed the rehabilitation scope, and executed the works within a compressed dry-dock schedule to minimise service disruption on the lake route.

• Life-saving appliance upgrade (lifeboats, rafts, fire detection)
