Project Overview

The Mafia-Nyamisati project was commissioned by the Tanzanian Ministry of Transport to improve ferry connectivity between Mafia Island and the mainland port of Nyamisati. DMG managed vessel procurement, specification development, supplier engagement, delivery logistics, and final commissioning to ensure a vessel suited to the unique shallow-water and tidal conditions of the route.
